Camryn Thompson (NC State Mathematics)
talk
Tuesday, 3:00–4:00 p.m. · SAS 4201 and Zoom
Abstract
Camryn Thompson is a second-year PhD student in the pure mathematics program at NCState. However, during her time as a master’s student, she was involved with math education research. Camryn has had a unique perspective on course coordination, through both the lens of an instructor and the lens of a researcher. In this talk, she will guide us through her journey and discuss what she has learned through being an instructor of coordinated courses, reading literature, and conducting research on course coordination.
